OK, let’s open up a discussion thread to talk about this week’s PosCast: The Hall of Awesomeness. In it, Joe and Mike talk about the ambitions of Mr. Met, our befuddlement with the Padres, and Mike’s refusal to watch the Celtics play because it makes him sick to his stomach.

Mostly, Mike came up with an idea for a Hall of Fame room that would include what he initially called “Baseball Ambassadors,” but Joe thought “ambassadors” is too limiting a word and it should be instead called “The Hall of Awesomeness.” Give us your nominees both for the name of the room and the people who absolutely should be inducted. So far, our first class would be: Bo Jackson, The San Diego Chicken, Fernando Valenzuela, and, possibly, Bartolo Colon.
